How to Check If You’ve Been Shortlisted

The Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC) has published the list of shortlisted candidates for the next phase of its 2025 recruitment exercise. Applicants are expected to check their status on other necessary preliminary steps.

To confirm your shortlisting status, follow these steps:

1. Visit the official portal: Log in using your registered email address and password via the official link. https://recruitment.fedcivilservice.gov.ng

2. Access your dashboard: Navigate to your user dashboard to view your application status.

Complete the shortlisted candidates form: If selected, you’ll receive a prompt to fill out a form requesting:

Disability Status: Indicate if you have any form of disability.

Preferred Examination Centre: Choose your exam location from the available list.

Additional Education: Provide details of other degrees or certifications you possess.
