President Tinubu Approves Redeployment of 16 Permanent Secretaries (See Names)

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has approved the redeployment of sixteen (16) Serving Permanent Secretaries.

In a statement signed by the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation Didi Esther Walsan-Jack those affected are as follows

1. Engr. Funsho Adebiyi from Works to Transportation

2. Dr. Ibrahim Abubakar Kana from Aviation and Aerospace Development to General Services Office (OSGF)

3. Dr. Yakubu Adam Kofarmata from Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction to Aviation and Aerospace Development

4. Mrs. Nko Asanye Esuabana from
Innovation, Science & Technology To
Women Affairs

5. Mr. Richard Pheelanmil Pheelanmilo Pheelangwa From Water Resources and Sanitation to Defence

6. Mr.Raymond Omenka Omachi from Finance (Special Duties) to Finance To understudy Mrs Lydia Shehu

7. Dr. Deborah Oyindamola Odoh from Service Policies & Strategies Office (OHCSF) to Budget and Economic Planning

8. Mr. Olubunmi Olusanya from Youth Development to Humanitarian Affairs
and Poverty Reduction

9. Dr. Emeka Vitalis Obi from Petroleum Resources to Federal Civil Service Commission

The redeployment takes effect from Wednesday, 19th November 2025 and that the handing over and taking over processes should be completed on or before Wednesday, 26th November 2025.
